Jay, words can hardly express how heartbroken I am over your mom and dad´s passing. I have always considered them to be among the dearest of my longtime friends. You mom "BP" to Saundra and me became fast friends many years ago Wilmer just an accordion screen separated our classrooms at GJHS when we both taught 8th grade English. Oh what great laughs we shared every day! For many years, Saundra, Alice, BP, Millie (my mom) and celebrated everyone!s birthdays together. We even took a couple of road trip vacations together-one was to the Red Apple Inn at Heber Springs where we laughed ourselves silly all weekend. For many years we all got together as couples to celebrate Christmas and other holidays-and we shared lots of porch sitting and potlucks at the Nebo cabin in the summer time. They are both woven into the fabric of my life and Steve and I will always cherish our memories with them.
We extend our deepest condolences to you in the loss of your parents-and may you find some bit of comfort knowing that others share in your loss at the passing of two people so loved by us also. The passing of our friends and family leave such a void, but thankfully we have lovely memories to share. May you find peace and comfort in the days ahead. Sending hugs your way. Barbara Dunn Hughes
