AGE: 49 Years • Maple Shade, formerly Medford
Suddenly on March 30, 2015. Beloved husband of Denise J. (nee Dorsett); devoted father of Brendan & Evan; cherished grandson to Anna Mayer; loving son of Byron (Joan) Shannon and the late Donna Rehrig; dear brother of Todd (Cindy) Shannon, Craig (Krystal) Shannon, & Kivlen Shannon; treasured son-in-law of Doris and the late Kenneth Dorsett. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Jeff graduated from Shawnee High School, and then went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree at Rutgers University; he furthered his education at West Virginia University where he obtained a Master's Degree.
Most recently, Jeff was employed with AECOM for the last 15 years. He enjoyed sports, especially the Phillies and college football. He played tennis and was a past coach for the ladies tennis team at Rowan University. His passions included fishing and he truly enjoyed time with his wife and children. He loved to cheer on his sons at all their sports games.
Relatives & friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Monday from 4 to 6 PM at the Falco CARUSO & Leonard Funeral Home 6600 N. Browning RD in Pennsauken. A service will be celebrated promptly at 6PM. Final disposition private. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Jeffrey's name to the Maple Shade Sports Club at the following address: MS Soccer Club, 895 E. Main St., Maple Shade, NJ 08052.
