John A. Formisano III, suddenly on January 19, 2015, of Sicklerville, formerly of Lindenwold. Age 56. Beloved husband of Diana (nee Klein) of 32 years. Devoted father of Lindsey Foster (Rich) and the late Jamie Formisano. Loving pop-pop of Riley and Cameron Anthony. Dear brother of Madelyn Scrivanich (Bill) and Mary Formisano. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing from 11am to 1pm Saturday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral service 1pm. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin. Family and friends may share memories at www.GardnerFuneralHome.com.

John, it is hard to believe that you are gone, but rest assured, your family will continue to honor and love you. You were an amazing husband, father and grandfather. Your love for your family was apparent in so many ways. You truly were a hard-working man that did everything he could for his family. I love your daughter and grandchildren more than life itself and will be there for them until my time has come.

Papa john you were taken way too soon but know you will never be forgotten. Although there are many broken hearts we know you are at peace. Just make sure you watch over your family<3. I will always be here for lindsey. You never knew how much i appreciated everything you ever did for me but you were definitely like my second dad. Ill miss you forever
