Christine I ran into you in early May 2003. We laughed and joked. Before departing I invited you to my 30th bday party on May 10. You said you´d try. I truly hoped you would´ve came. We would´ve had so much fun. You left this world too soon. You were such a beautiful light, a generous soul, and highly intelligent. Thinking of you everyday Christine. Your sister Olivia is 17 now and I think about all the things you did when you were that age. Like your trip to Florida. I always think about when you said to your friends in Florida, if anyone finds me, it will be my father. Little did you know at the time I was standing on that front porch listening to you say those words. Getting you home was a great thing for all. Olivia is so much like you, and she always talks about you to me. She is as beautiful as you. I sure have beautiful girls. I love and miss you.

13 years and it still seems like yesterday,
Yesterday Emma (your first niece) and I watched a yellow monarch butterfly hang around with us all afternoon, I said to her, maybe its Auntie Chrissy visiting us, because I think she would come back as a bird, dog or some animal or insect...lol.
So Emma said "do you really think so"
and I said "No" but Id like to think that and we both smiled.....
Always keeping you in our family although you cant be here in body..

I think about Christine every year on Mother's Day. I was blessed to have worked with her in Milford Youth & Family Services. I visit the guestbook and your family is always in my prayers. I think about you and how much you miss her. Christine was a very special young woman and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to know her.
