David Zippi Obituary
David M. Zippi, age 40, of Bridgeport, died suddenly on Friday April 20, 2018 in his residence. David was born on March 1, 1978 in Syracuse, NY. He was an employee for Burns Sand and Gravel Company. David loved to spend time with his family especially his son Chase. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed grilling with family and friends. He was an avid NY Jets fan and the University of Syracuse sports teams. He is survived by his longtime fiancée Nicole Chockey; the apple of his eye, his cherished son, Chase Thomas Zippi, both of Bridgeport; his father, Gorden J. Zippi, of Fairfield; his mother Lisa, of Nebraska; a brother Kevin W. Zippi, of NC; his paternal grandmother Barbara Zippi; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday April 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Ave, Bridgeport. Burial will be private. Friends may greet the family on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to the Chase T. Zippi Educational Fund, an educational fund being established for his son Chase through the Funeral Home. To light a candle or leave a condolence on line go to http://www.larsonfh.co
