Jeanne C. Strack (nee Peabody) of Cherry Hill, NJ, formerly of Bridgeport, CT, passed away on September 25, 2024, aged 101. Jeanne was a Coast Guard Veteran when she met and married her late husband William, also of the Coast Guard. Since 1947, Cherry Hill, NJ has been her home. Jeanne loved homemaking and devoted all of her time between family, home, friends, church and garden. She also loved writing poems. She is survived by son William Strack of Cherry Hill, NJ and a daughter, Sandra J. Strack of Idaho. Granddaughter Heidi Clark (Derrick) and great grandsons, Colton, Carson and Wyatt Clark. Viewing Wednesday morning 9:30 to 10 a.m. in The Schetter Funeral home, Cherry Hill, NJ. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 327 W. Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, NJ, 08002. Please visit schetterfh.com.
