John Morello Obituary

Morello, John J.
On June 9th, the vacant chair at the "Bridgeport Car Guys" Poker Table in Heaven was filled by John J. Morello, 75, formerly of Trumbull, CT.
John lost his courageous battle with lung cancer surrounded by his extended family, lovingly called, Johnny's Angels, in his adopted hometown of Reno, Nevada. He worked for the Gold Ranch Casino. John leaves his loving sister, Marsha Morello, his Aunt Joyce and Uncle Dick Orsage and his lifetime friend, Carmen Massimino.
John will be sadly missed for his loving kindness, generosity, amazing humor and his famous pasta fazoola.

Sorry to read of John's passing. Besides being a great pal, he and I were co-workers at the Kasmeman Pharmacy chain. We were part of the "Noble Boys" who jerked sodas, delivered drugs, (legally)counted pills, and had fun times. Those were the "Happy Days". May he rest in peace.

Many wonderful childhood memories flood the mind, thinking of John, the older brother of my neighborhood playmate and life-long friend, Marsha. Always a warm greeting, kind word, a ready smile, a funny line. Rest in peace, dear man.
