Sven, Thomas, Katie, Rebecca, Mr. & Mrs. Festa, Shirley, and Marcia, I pray that God wil keep you all under his wings and know that you will be with her one day. I will never forget our high school days, she was full of spirt, spunk, and always positive. I enjoyed our phone conversations over the years, she loved her family so much and was incredibly proud of her children, that came across in all conversations. I will always keep those wonderful memories very close to me. God Bless you Sandy, my friend

My heart and prayers go out to Sandy's family and loved ones.
Although I haven't seen her in years, I received a miss call from her about a month ago. It was early,in in CT, I was worried that something was wrong and text'd her back immediately. When I heard from her hours later, this is what she wrote:
Hi Kell, everything is fine....apparently my butt decided to call a bunch of people today.
Always with a funny comeback! Keep making people laugh Sandy, even up there! You will be missed.

To Sandy's Loving Family: Husband, Children, Parents, Siblings, Neices, Nephews, and the list goes on...to My Family - Sandy was a cornerstone pillar of light and laughter in our Family; at every gathering, in every memory, there she is - with a warm, mischieveous smile that beckoned each of us over to whatever part of the room she was holding court in. Sandy always included everybody, and even with that infectious teasing, she never once made you feel judged, less than, or separate. The outpouring of love and sentiment the past few days alone, confirms that these were just some of the rare, incredible gifts that Sandy shared outside our family, with the world. Along with her amazing children, and the devotion, strength and deep committment she sharedith Sven, Sandy has truly made her mark in this world, and will never be forgotten by the many, many whom she guided, included, helped and laughed with. Please take comfort in all that she was, and all that she gave....and all that she laughed. She is with God now, and in the loving arms of her brother, Kevin, her Gramma and Granpy, Agnes and John, and the others in our Family who went far too soon.

She will be missed along with her sense of humor. Although I haven't seen her in a while, I got a missed call from her about a month ago, it was early in the morning even for CT. I thought something was wrong so I immediately text'd her. I didn't hear back from her for hours, but when I did, this was her response:
Hi Kell, everything is ok, apparently my butt was on a roll and called a bunch of people...... Always with her quick humorous comeback. RIP Sandy, our loss is Heaven's gain....keep making people laugh and smile, even up there!!

To Marge, Tom, Marsha, Jimmy and Shirley, I feel for you in this time of deep grief. A bright light has burned out far too soon, and that is unquestioningly unfair. May God keep you and love you tenderly through these difficult days, and may you remember all the joy and laughter Sandy stands for, although you miss her immeasurably. Sandy has made her mark - no doubt about it! Three accomplished children, a loving husband, and a broad selection of loved-ones everywhere. Take comfort in what an incredible impact she has had (and will continue to have) on so many lives. In sympathy and love, Ken

Dear Sven, Thomas, Rebecca and Katie (and Rosie), I can't express how deeply saddened I am for your painful loss of such a sweet, funny, caring and loving wife and mother. Sandy, to me, was all about seeing through the toughness of life and reveling in the joy, laughter, humor, beauty, love and irony that she could ALWAYS spot in an instant. You are her pride and joy, and I know she'll be protecting you and guiding you through the rest of your lives. God Bless
