We met Edna thru the Cook County Farm Bureau. She was very friendly and welcoming. Her smile in that picture is what we remember, along with her joyous laugh. We are so very sorry for all of your families. This loss of your mom/grandmother is very difficult and hope her faith will comfort you knowing she's with Our Lord. RIP Dear Sweet Edna.

I am sorry to hear of Edna's passing. I will always remember her cheerful demeanor and her sense of humor. We were having a family get together at Aunt Lottie and Uncle Paul's one summer and Edna walked in announcing, "Lottie, I'm here and I'm wearing the white gloves". Teasing Aunt Lottie's fondness for a sparkling clean house. Another time as we were going to another family reunion, I told her I would drive and that I would pick her up. She said, "why would you go south just to go north again" and she insisted on driving to our house in Frankfort, promising she would not get lost. She got lost!! We had a good chuckle.
I wish you peace and love as your mourn the passing of your lovely mother and grandmother.. She was a delight.
