John Chenoweth Obituary

John (Jack) Chenoweth Sr. recently passed away at home in the arms of his loving wife of 59 years.

Jack is survived by his wife Pat, their children, Jack (Robin), Chris (Clare), Dawn (Brian Murphy), Jodi (Derek Fultz), 11 grandkids, 4 great grandkids, his sister Marilyn, brother RJ and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jack was a kind-hearted, deeply caring and fiercely-loving man. He was always present to lend a helping hand or share thoughtful words of encouragement in his roles as husband, father, papa, "big papa", brother, uncle, friend, coach & mentor. He cherished family above all else. His favorite pastime involved watching any sporting event or activity that involved his family.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents (Kenneth & Rose), sisters (Dar & Sis), brothers (Gale, Harvey, Chuck).

A public Celebration of Life will be held from 4:30pm to 8:30pm on Feb 10th at the Midlothian Park District (Civic Center): 14500 Kostner Ave, Midlothian IL 60445
