In loving memory of a wonderful person. You are not forgotten.

I knew Ken from his motorcycle hobby, his puckish sense of humour and ability to find humour in the rather cutthroat world of motorcycle swap meets was a welcome change from the usual kind of person found in such venues. He was always friendly and cheerful,I will miss talking to him and wish his family well in their sad loss.

To Monica, Justin, Patricia, Ian, Tiffany, Jennifer, and Heather-we are so sorry to read about Ken's passing. I will remember him as being a kind and generous human being. Our first recollection of Ken is when he was the coach to Brent's basketball team. Ken made sure that every year his team would have matching basketball shorts for the City issued team t-shirts. All the boys looked really sharp playing ball! And naturally the great birthday parties.
We are sorry we can not make Ken's service. We hope you find peace in this difficult time.
Thinking of all of you,

ALTHOUGH, KENNETH WAS MY SISTER FATHER IN LAW, HE WAS MORE FAMILY TO ME. I WILL MISS HIM. HE WAS A FUNNY MAN AND RESPECTFUL AND HUMOROUS. I REMEMBER HIM TELLING ME THAT LIFE IS SHORT AND SPEND IT WISELY. HE TOLD ME TO EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE SO THAT I WONT GET DIABETES. HE SAID IF HE ONLY KNEW BACK THEN TO EAT HEALTHY HE WOULD OF DONE IT. SO I WONT FORGET THOSE WORDS HE TOLD ME. NOW I'M EATING HEALTHY. TO MONICA I'M TRULY SORRY FOR YOUR LOST. I WISH I HAD SPENT MORE TIME WITH HIM. IF YOU NEED A SHOULDER TO CRY ON I'M YOURS. I LOVE YOU KENNETH

Kenny Wells was my first boss, and my best. I was just 14 years old when I went to work for him in 1966 at the Mobil Station at PCH and Torrance Blvd. For the next 5 years he showed me how to be honest with others, and myself. The lessons I learned while working with him have stayed with me my whole life. He was more than a boss and a friend. I offer my prayers and sympathy to his family. He left tracks in this life, and I'm so blessed to have known him.
Rest in Peace Kenny, you did good
