My deepest sympathy is extended to Charles´s family. He was a personal friend of my family for many years; he was especially attentive to my dad, Lawrence Gallaher of Rienzi, just before Daddy passed away 10 years. ago. I will always remember him from that day in July 2013. He was special, and he came from a special family. They have my prayers as they pay tribute and grieve for their deep loss.
