Clara Rabidou Obituary
Clara Rabidou passed away at Mountain View Nursing Home in New Paltz, N.Y. on May 23, 2016.
She was born Clara E. Grimm on April 30, 1937 in Vernon, N.Y. and lived on a dairy farm with her family.
She married Lynn R. Rabidou of Duchess County and lived and raised her children there until he passed in March of 1999.
She is surrived by her brother Roland Grimm, her sister May Chapman, her four children; James Rabidou, Sandra Rabidou, Diane Jones and Cynthia Umbach. She has five grandchildren Jessica Domenech, Andrew Kwant, Allison Jones, Ian Lantzy and Thomas Lantzy.
Cremation arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Smith Avenue, Kingston. www.jvleahyfh.com. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
