Joan D. McCourt ST. REMY- Joan D. McCourt of Saint Remy, N.Y., died on Feb. 3, 2018 after a long illness. Her sons, Peter and Mike, were with her when she passed on. Born in Union City, N.J., on Dec. 4, 1934 to the late Cora and Frank Quinton; Joan was predeceased by her husband Raymond in 1996. She is survived by sons, Peter and his daughter Kara of Saint Remy, and Mike and his wife Janet (Wagner) of Acworth, Ga.; daughter, Caitlin and her husband Jim Leszczynski of Oxford, Mich.; son, Michael, Jr. and his fiancé Nikki Rowland of Canton, Ga.; and son, William of Dallas, Ga.; her sister, Anita Joerger of Traverse City, Mich.; and dozens of nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at Saint Mary’s Church, 160 Broadway, Kingston.
