Although I never had the pleasure of meeting you I feel as though I knew you like a friend. Each and every time I was in the presence of Frank and he would tell me a little more about his life and his everlasting love for you. I hope you rest in peace knowing Frank will be well taken care of by his family, friends and all who love him.
