He loved baseball, rock and roll, and political discussions.
Paul was survived by his brother Michael and Colleen (McAvoy) Scholz, Greg and Christine (Frewin) Scholz; niece Anni, Nephews Kyle and Jamie and predeceased by niece Stacey Scholz.
Any contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

I just heard the news about Paul, and I am saddened by it. Although I have not seen him in many years, Paul and I hung out in HS quite a bit at one time. I remember staying over night at his house here and there and listening to records. His Mom and Dad were always very kind to me, as was Paul. Paul and I and other friends from HS always had fun times together. He was a kind and gentle soul, with a great sense of humor. We always had fun joking around. I'm just sorry I did not connect with him in recent years. May God Bless Paul,his family, and all that loved and cared for him.
