I am so sorry to hear about the passing of my friend Bob Mitchell. Bob was a great guy who my parents were very fond of... I will miss seeing Bob and talking about sports and life in general.. Always a class act who I greatly appreciated...Last time I saw Bob was two years ago driving him home after the Sons of St Patrick’s at the Holiday in..Just a great man who I will really miss seeing ... I was a neighbor of the Bowen´s growing up on Congress Avenue . As a kid I remember when Jim and Carolyn were dating...In college I was an SSPD summer cop and worked with Jim...I remember him a great guy...!

When I met some of the veterans Bob helped, they would tell me their stories of how he helped them. I was very proud of my brother Bob for always helping the veterans. All of our family and friends loved Bob and he will be truly missed. Jim
