I had Dr. Curnyn as an ophthalmologist when I was little. He was a genuine doctor and I remember all his stories about him flying and his daughters. He always made me comfortable every time when I had an appointment.
He will be missed.

I was a patient of Dr. Curnyn's from the time I was 6 or 7 until his retirement. I'm 56 now. He was able to fix my lazy eye when others had tried without success. I always enjoyed coming for my appointments because he would always explain everything to me even if it was obvious he was running late. He also told many stories, mostly about his family. I now see his daughter Kimberlee and one can easily tell how much she takes after her dad - precise, caring, thorough, and always wanting to help her patients. He will be sorely missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him.
