Joseph Angel Ramirez, age 68, of Wheeling. Best dad of Joe (Katy) and Katie (Sean). Best Papa of Kylie, Kaylee, Guy, and Ace. Best brother of Sue (Jim),Teo (Diane), the late Hortencia, Brig, John, the late Sam, and Lupe (Donna). Best uncle, best cousin, and best friend to all.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation Monday, July 8, 2024, from 3-8pm, with a 7pm Life Celebration Service at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling, IL 60090.
