NANCY BELLE NOHAVA MARKAUSKAS

WAUCONDA - Nancy Belle Nohava Markauskas (nee Longfield), age 69, was a resident of Wauconda, IL. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Edmund Markauskas; cherished mom of Michelle (Rich) Machon, Shawn Nohava, Nicole (Jerry) Cello, Tammy (Mike) Brady and Brandy (Phil) Portwich; proud grandma of Emma, Matthew, Caleb, Alex, Mackenzie Belle, Ryland, Rowan and Melissa; dear sister of Tom (Joan), Michael (Cathy) and the late James (Kitty) Longfield; loving aunt of many. Nancy was born January 31, 1946 in Elgin, IL, to the late August and Betty Longfield and passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Alden Estates of Barrington. Nancy graduated Wauconda High School in 1964 and was a huge bulldog fan. She enjoyed gardening, canning and sharing her goodies with her family. She loved football and the Bears. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 16, 2015, from 9:30 am to time of prayers at 11:30 am, at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda, IL, proceeding to the Transfiguration Old White Church, South Church St., Wauconda, for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Interment is private.
