I MISS YOU SO MUCH

I see its been about a year. I was just thinking of Mick yesterday. God has brought you all to mind over the past 2-3 weeks, with the start of soccer. I was wishing I could know I would be looking out onto the EBYA fields to watch him play. I cannot understand what you are going through. Just wanted to say Mick is not forgotten and I will probably always think of him this time of year. I pray you are feeling the peace only God can provide. God bless you!

Mick was a friend of my son's in elementary school. He was also coached in baseball by my son's dad. He was one of the nicest kids, always smiling and encouraging the kids. I saw him in the hall at West a year or so ago, he recognized me as Joe's mom and said "Hi Mrs Scaringi do you remember me ?", he had grown up over the years but as soon as he smiled I recognized him. Denise, Will and family my heartfelt condolences to all of you. I am so very sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
An old friend

I remember all the way back to elementary school at Brandywine Wallace with Mick. I remember recess and the carefree smile that spread across every kids face when the lunch room doors let out to the playground. It was a small school, with the nicest kids. The friends I made there I will never forget, mick being one of them. I remember fifth grade when we moved over to Springton Manner. We thought we were the big kids then. Still carefree and smiling from ear to ear, ready for anything. I'm going to miss mick. But I choose to remember him as one of the happiest kids I knew, playing kickball at BW and basketball at Springton Manner.
Yeah, I remember middle school too. That's when everyone got into the real sports like football and started to take class a little more seriously. But I can still picture Mick's rosy cheeks and goofy, contagious smile. When high school rolled around, everything got a little tougher. The days felt so much longer, and the responsibilities each kid had were at an all time high. Somehow, all the way through senior year, Mick was still able to smile and lift everyone's spirits, cracking jokes and reminding people not to be too hard on themselves. It's funny how the kindest souls are the ones who need kindness the most. The world is a little dimmer without this truly amazing guy. He will be forever missed by many, but hopefully remembered as happy, genuine, and caring as I will remember him. My prayers and condolences go out to the Melanson family.
Godspeed Mick. I'm gonna miss you.

I was his store manager, he was kind kid. Very helpful, pleasant to be around, and someone I enjoyed talking jaguar football and trading cards with. You will never be removed from our schedule at work. Did not see this coming. Going to miss working with him .

Mick, I'm so sorry. I'm glad you're at peace now, and I'm glad you'll never have another bad day... But there are no limits to what I'd give to have one more conversation with you.
I remember junior year, you, me, Evan, Ryan, Eric, and a ton of others were all in the same electronics class with Mr. Godfrey. I can honestly say, in my 4 years of high school, that was my favorite class. We all became closer than we were before, and I really got to know you in that class.
I'll always remember you as one of the funniest, kindest, most caring individuals I've met in my lifetime.
You're a brother, man. Rest easy.

He was on the EBYA team that I coached for many seasons and loved the position of goalie. He always did his best and had a positive attitude on the field. I am shocked and very sad to hear of this sudden loss. My condolences to his friends and family.
