Marti and family,
Tim made a difference in my life. In the mid 80's when I moved to Chester County he convinced me to "get involved" with the LEPC and the Chester County Fire School. I will always remember long conversations about the fire & emergency services, teaching and training, his incredible vision, valued counsel, and practical guidance; of course, politics and government; and family (our daughters shared the same first and middle names - proud Dads of both). We always found common ground, respectful and insightful discussions, focused on positive opportunities for improvement - focusing on making things better. A true leader and mentor, he really loved his family, his community and his country.
I missed working with him after moving west in 1995. I am blessed for having known him. God bless all of you, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I have been tied up on some (positive) family stuff and just found out...and Timmy's passing took my breath away. He was an amazing mentor to me and easily one of the smartest people I have ever met. We became friends back in the '70's ISFSI days and remained friends ever since. Such a sad loss of a man and friend who made such a differences. Our love and condolences to his family and all his many friends...

Our wonderful friend has left this world to be an Angel-In-Command above. We were so blessed to have known such an intelligent, kind and loving human. You were a true friend and we will always remember our fun times together. Marko will miss the evening dinners the two of you had to catch up on everything. We will be forever grateful to you and your family for the trips to Cape Cod. As I watched you and held your hand in the hospital, I know you heard everything we were saying. It is just so hard to believe you are not with us physically, but you will always be in our hearts. We love you! RIP Timmy.

Tim was a great teaching partner at the local, state and federal level. He always had time for students and co-instructor. His straightforward approach to emergency management principles and classroom control will be long remembered. Tim provided a "lifetime of lessons" by his professionalism. Bill Shouldis

Chet and I were always so deeply grateful for the impact Tim had on the success of the State Fire Commissioner's office and, indeed, the entire state fire community itself. His advice was sound; his commitment was total, and his support was invaluable. He was the embodiment of professionalism, and gave true meaning to the term "management" in the Emergency Management system. I join in mourning the tragic loss of this great man.

I will never forget spending the week of 9 11 with Tim, Terry Henry, and others at the Mount Weather Em Ops Center in Virginia where he worked tirelessly and effectively to modify the Terrorism course we were administering to 60 State and local students. Over many years, Tim also made a major contribution to the success of FEMA's Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) program as instructor, facilitator, and writer/course developer. I and the many people that he impacted will miss him greatly. My condolences to Marti, Melanie, and all the Campbell Clan...

My condolences to Tim's wife and daughter and family.
Tim was an outstanding individual. I met Tim over forty years ago, in fact he hired me into the County's Fire Marshals Office. It was always a pleasure catching up with him. Very recently I had a long conversation with Tim at an IST event at the New Garden Flying Field. I am grateful to have had a chance to cross paths with Tim one last time.
My sympathy to his family...Tim will be missed and remembered by many.

Campbell family and friends, often we don't realize the impact that one life can have on another. Tim did just that, dedicated to teaching incident management, making an impact on so many first responders and victims of emergencies and disasters. He will be missed and his contributions not forgotten. I am sure he is smiling as he is looking down at us.

Dear Marti, Melissa, and Family,
Words do not express the sadness and shock upon learning of Tim's accident and passing. He was passionate, dedicated and committed to improving the world for the rest of us to live in. You will hear this many times in coming days and weeks, but Tim was always there for so many of us. He listened to our problems, he talked with us for solutions, and he offered his ideas and suggestions.
His passing leaves a void in the world of Emergency Management which can not be filled. Our thoughts and prayers continue with you during this difficult period. There is one brighter star in the heavens this week, watching and protecting you all.
God Speed Tim, and God Bless you all.
