I want to thank everyone who have responded with messages. This means a great deal to our family. The support we have received has been mind blowing. My father was a great husband to my mother and a wonderful "dad" to me. We miss him very much. Again thank you.

My heart-felt condolences go to Mr. Carroll's family. We used to be neighbor's since 1970 and I used to hang out with his sons Jimmy and Jerry. Johnny was in my high school class back then. Mr Carroll really loved his family and would often share stories with me during his many visits to the hospital where I worked for 42 years. It has been a pleasure to have known him and he will surely be missed. May God bless you.

Jerry was a light in the room and an inspiration to us all. The MICU at Riverside loved him immediately and immensely and our hearts are saddened with the loss of his beautiful soul. Our condolences and love go out to his family. RIP Jerry.

I feel so sad Gerry was a great person He was great to be around ! I will miss him very much and think of him every day and miss seeing him at church. My wife and I send our prayers to the family.
