Meghan Rose Hinger, 39, of Charlottesville, passed away unexpectedly on January 15, 2025. Visitation will take place at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg on Wednesday, January 22 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 23 at St. Bede Catholic Church, 3686 Ironbound Rd., Williamsburg. Burial will follow at Williamsburg Memorial Park, 130 King William Drive. To express condolences, please visit www.nelsenwilliamsburg.com.

I'm so saddened to hear of this loss for her family and the Charlottesville Free Clinic volunteers, staff and patients. We worked together for several years on community partnerships and it was always a pleasure. She was was a great leader in the healthcare safety net sector. She will be missed.
