AGE: 73 • Budd Lake
Eileen A. Stapleton (nee Loneker), 73, of Budd Lake, NJ passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. Eileen was born on March 11, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY. She has lived in Budd Lake for over 30 years and was previously of Elizabeth, NJ. Eileen graduated from Benedictine High School in Elizabeth. She was a retired manager for Prudential Insurance. Eileen was known for her generosity and was an unbelievably giving person. She loved to reach out and help both people and animals.
Eileen is survived by her sisters, Ann Loneker Kelly and husband Eddie, and Barbara Sukurlu and husband Eldar; her nieces, Jessica Kelly-Hauser and husband Patrick and Lauren Kelly; and nephew, Luke Kelly and fiancé Olivia Carrano. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard, in 2002 and her parents Stella and Charles.
A Celebration of Eileen's Life will include a visitation on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 10am to 11am followed by an 11am funeral service at the William J. Leber Funeral Home, 15 Furnace Road (Corner of Rt. 206), Chester, NJ (908) 879-3090. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Hackettstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center at www.sthuberts.org/donate or to www.guidingeyes.org.

We knew Eileen while growing up in Elizabeth. She was a very dear friend of ours and we shared many wonderful times together as teenagers. Recently, we had been trying to locate and meet up with her and several other neighborhood friends. We succeeded in making contact, but she passed before we could meet again. Goodbye, good friend, we will remember you!

RIP Eileen !! You were truly an amazing person!! I will always remember our talks and laughter we had talking on the phone. Eileen was so proud of her nieces Jessica, Lauren and her nephew luke. Eileen always gave me an update on all three of you. I will always have Eileen close to my heart. Joan cooper
