Ida Cacciabeve Obituary
Boonton - Ida Rose Cacciabeve, 95, of Boonton, passed away on August 29, 2018 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. Ida was a lifelong resident of Boonton.
Prior to retirement, Ida was a waitress at the Reservoir Tavern in Boonton. She was a member of the Boontonites and the Friendship Club of Boonton.
Ida was the beloved wife of the late Samuel Cacciabeve; the loving mother of James (Nancy) of Boonton Township, Tom (Laurie) of Boonton, and Anthony (Anne Marie) of Boonton Township ; the cherished grandmother of Maureen, James, David, Thomas, Daniel, Kimberly, Colleen and Laura; the great grandmother of Eva, Katherine, Carina, Elena, Sebastian and June. Ida was predeceased by her caring siblings Mario, Alvino, Samuel, Elizabeth (Dolly) Robertson and Jenny Ferrone.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 3-8 PM at The Dangler Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street Boonton, NJ 07005. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 910 Birch Street, Boonton, NJ. Interment will follow immediately at St. Mary's Cemetery in Boonton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ida's name to the Boonton Kiwanis First Aid Squad, PO Box 16, Boonton, NJ 07005. Letters of condolence may be posted at
