William Bryant Obituary
Morristown - William Arthur Bryant of Morristown passed away peacefully at the Morristown Medical Center on April 28th. He was born in Pitt County, North Carolina to Rosa and Oscar Bryant.William also known as "Bill", "WO" and "PopPop" enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He graduated from Pitt County schools and proudly served several tours of duty in the US Army. He worked at the ShopRite of Parsippany until his retirement. He enjoyed cooking and participating in community activities to feed the homeless and in assisting Army veterans.He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers; William,James and Donald. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife,Teresa, children,Michael Valentine(Sharon), Sylvia Lynch(Tyrone), sisters,Gloria(NorthCarolina),Brenda(North Carolina), Peggy(Morristown), four grandchildren and other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 10 Martin Luther King Ave in Morristown on May 11th at 10:00. Funeral services will begin at 11:00. A private interment will be in North Carolina. Blessings to Mrs. Bryant and family from Nd. Onav . Mann and Valentine family. May WO rest in peace. Sorry that we were not informed of this occassion. We don't know the day or the hour.
I pray all remain strong and blessed in the Lord. WO was a great man and a wonderful father and provider. He was a father and a strong figure to me and; especially, a stoic and generous father to his son, my brother, Michael Valentine. May God continue bless.
