Charlie was a true gentleman and a respected resource of information at Bell Optical for many years. He was always a great source of technical help--and, at the same time, quick wit. His humor and technical expertise made many workdays easier for those around him and will be greatly missed. R.I.P. "Charlie Bell!"

Joe (Charles) was a lovely kind man, he accepted us into his family 39 years ago, even though he had never met us before. Because of him and his wife Carolyn and Family, hundreds of people have shared the American, English Germany way of life.
He was a devoted Husband Father and Grandfather and will be sadly missed by all, from John and his English family.R.I.P.
