Donald Lisch Obituary

Lisch, Donald R.

LISCH, Donald R., 82, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025, in his home. He was born January 7, 1943, in Springfield, Ohio the son of R.L. "Bud" and Helen (Adlon) Lisch. Don worked as an inspector for Kelsey-Hayes (Speco) for 30 years before finally retiring. After retirement, Don and his wife, Jacquelyn, moved to Tavares, FL where they spent the next 31 years. They recently moved back home to be closer to family. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jacquelyn (Shilling); two children, Scott Lisch, Dublin, OH and Kristi (Chris) Moore, Springfield, OH; four grandchildren, Max and Morgan Lisch, Justin (Lindsey) Lisch and Jeffrey Moore; two great grandchildren, Jerick and Griffin Lisch; one sister-in-law, Esther Lisch; dear friend and neighbor, Lisa Fent and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three siblings, Geraldine DeVoss, Sue Ann Kerrigan and Robert Lisch and his beloved dog, Toby. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00am to 1:00pm in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will begin at 1:00pm in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Rose Hill Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the ASPCA.
