SCHOULTIS, John Delbert, age 79, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025 at Atrium Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Schoultis, and one son, Daniel Schoultis; Visitation will be Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main Street, Middletown, Ohio, followed by services at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jason Bantz officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.herr-riggs.com
