Matthew Augustine Obituary
News Death Notice
AUGUSTINE, Matthew David and Luke James Augustine, precious sons of John L. and Christina A. Augustine were born Jan. 21, 2009 and left for heaven Jan. 22, 2009 at Miami Valley Hospital. They left behind a sister Concetta and brother John along with loving grandparents, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. A memorial visitation with the family will be held Wednesday, Jan. 28 at Grace Covenant Church, 780 N. Fairfield Rd., Beavercreek from 5 to 7 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Matthew and Luke Augustine Fund at any Wright-Patt Credit Union branch. Arrangements were entrusted to Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel.
