Family-Placed Obituary

ZICKAFOOS, Shaun M. 40, of Centerville, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning March 16, 2005 at his home and has gone to be with his God in Heaven above. He was born on December 27, 1964 in Chillicoth, OH. the son of Herbert I. and Jeanette McCoy Zickafoos. Surviving are his father and step-mother; Herbert I. and Naomi Zickafoos of Frankfort, mother and step-father; Jeanette L. and Herman "Luke" McCoy of Chillicothe, brother; Scott E. Zickafoos of Houston, TX, sister; Heather L. (Jade) Heldenbrand of Chillicothe who has a son, Jeremiah and a daughter, Victoria, half brother; Jared McCoy and his daughter, Mia of Waverly, step sisters; Shella (Lonnie) Frey and Krista Burns of Frankfort, several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends including a special friend, Tim Adams of Columbus and his sister Terry Adams. He loved his devoted companion, Gizmo, his dog. Shaun was loved and will be sadly missed by all. Shuan went to Chillicothe High School where he was a member of the Class of 1983. He was a graduate of the Ohio University where he received a B.S degree in Zoology-Pre-Medicine. He managed several student housing complexes in Illinois, Texas, and Alabama before coming to Dayton where he was Vice President of Student Housing for AM Management, Inc. at Wright State University area. He was a member of Phi Gamma Delta "Fiji". Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2005 at the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort with Pastor Neil Foster officiating with the help of Rev. Glen Hiles and Matthew L. Fleck. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Chillicothe. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 5-8 p.m.
