News Death Notice

WHITE, William Jamar Age 27, of Dayton, was called to the Lord June 25, 2016. William accepted the Lord as a child and throughout his life demonstrated love and kindness to others. Always remembering the teachings of Christ in his life he impacted many lives with his personality and presence. He graduated with his G.E.D. and briefly attended Akron University and Central State University. William had a larger than life personality. He was full of joy and laughter and anyone he met knew him as a friend. He turned ordinary moments of life into laughter. Preceded in death by his father, John Kenny Barker; great-great grandmother, Grace Evelyn Strode. He leaves to treasure his memory his mother and father, Tracy White-Watson (Cory); sisters, Asia Courtney, Jhanera Whitney and Angelica Grace; half-brothers, Juvon Winston and Dawon Myles; children, Aiden Mykal, Renija Imani, William J. White, Jr. and Illieon Marcellus; grandmother, Sandra K. Samson; great grandfather, William L. White (Ruby); aunts, Cheryl L. Turner (Terence) and Tiffany R. Montgomery-O'Neal; nephews, James, Aaron (Asia) and Albert III (Jhanera); cousins, Jherine Wilkerson (George), Bailey & Avery; Terence L. Turner, Jr., Malorie, Tristen, Nehemiah & Naheima; Thomas L. and Tameira L. Turner. Funeral service 1 pm Friday, July 1, 2016 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Deacon Terence L. Turner, Sr. officiating. Family will receive friends 12-1 pm. Interment 11 am Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Waldschmidt Historical Cemetery, St. Rt. 126, Camp Dennison, OH.
