Dear Mary Ann and Family, We send our heartfelt condolences on learning of Marty's passing. Years ago I had the opportunity to help train him when he first became a Wilmington Police Officer. We have been friends ever since. We still remember our families starting to grow up in Canby Park. He had a splendid career with Wilmington where he earned the respect of his fellow officers as evidenced by his election as President of the FOP. May God bless Marty, you Mary Ann and all of the Family. We have truly lost a real friend.
