Linda Rantz Obituary
Salisbury - Linda Conte Rantz, 74, of Salisbury passed away to enter the Gates of Heaven on April 10, 2021, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake, with her two children by her side. She is survived by her husband of 40 years Wright "Boots" Rantz, her son Mark Conte (Tina), daughter Kristi Meakin (Jack), stepdaughters LeAnna Williams (David) and Jill Rantz, six grandchildren, Mitchell and Morgan Conte, John and Jacob Meakin, Brittany and Logan Marsh, a brother Wayne Willis (Linda) and a half-brother, Mike Willis.
Linda will always be remembered for her deep love and devotion to her children and family, her love of reading, doing crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy, and playing Words with Friends (and beating everyone she played).
The family requests that you play the song "Celebration" and dance in Linda's honor. There will be no funeral or service per Linda's request.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all the employees at Coastal Hospice who worked with Linda to ensure that she was comfortable and cared for.
All donations are asked to be sent to Coastal Hospice. P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, Maryland 21802.

I worked with Linda years ago at Safeway. She was someone who touched your heart and left an everlasting memory of kindness and caring. She was a special person. I am so happy to have known her and had the opportunity to work with her. May God’s unending love and comfort be with you in the difficult days ahead.
