Willards - Rollie R. Palmer, 77, of Willards, MD passed in the company of family at home on January 23, 2021. He was born on March 19, 1943 in Whaleyville, MD to his late parents, Sylvestor and Mattie Palmer. He was the husband of Rosalie Palmer.

In his younger years, Rollie was a member of the US Army. He later became a skilled small engine mechanic. He was a member of the Salisbury Moose Lodge, Salisbury American Legion, Salisbury Eagles, and lifetime member of the AMSA in Worcester County. Rollie liked to stay busy, but he also enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle, rooting for the Orioles, and going out to eat with friends and family. His wife, Rosalie, was the love of his life.

In addition to his wife, Rosalie, Rollie is survived by his children, Rollie (Clint) Palmer Jr, Robert (Melissa) Palmer, Denise (Michael) Logan, Billy (Sandra) Jackson, and April Jester; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Marie Marrowsic; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Sally Shipley; and siblings, Virginia Taylor, Harry Palmer, Melvin Palmer, Ethel Gray, Alice Carey, Thomas Palmer, and Isabelle Irvin.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 30, at 10:00AM at Holloway Funeral Home, 501 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. Family will receive guests 1-hour prior from 9AM-10AM. Services will be webcast live at www.Facebook.com/HollowayFH. Interment will take place immediately following at Pittsville Cemetery.
