To Dawn and Bill's family,
For as much as I can, I share your grief with the loss of husband, father, and grandfather, and brother in law. He lived a good life; he will be missed. I will remember Bill as a dear friend. My life was enriched by having crossed paths with his. His smile and laughter will remain with us.
May the love of God, family, and friends comfort you through these difficult days. Shalom. With love, BJ

I pray for peace in this loss. Bill was a dynamic person, husband, cousin and friend. Take comfort in knowing while you are here and he is there, that love you shared is real and enduring. Love, peace and prayer of comfort and peace.

Dawn
There just are not enough words to express my sympathy for your loss. In the short time I knew Bill, he taught me so much. He will be missed dearly by you, other family members and the so many friends he made. May God bring you peace. One day, we will all play with our Shelties together. Love you

Sorry for your loss. Bill was a friend in Salisbury circa 1950 - 57. I lost track when he joined the Air Force and I'm not surprised he accomplished so much in life.

Wow Dawn and Yvette.... What a tragic loss... We did not realize Bill was sick. So sorry. He was always the one who kept in touch. Sorry for not realizing. Lovely obituary and truly a remarkable man! Please let us know what we can do to help. With Deepest Sympathy, Lorie & Robert Phillips
