Charlotte - January 11, 2018. Age 60. Predeceased by his parents, James Sr & Anne Marcello. Survived by his son David Marcello Jr; daughter, Jennifer Rios; grandchildren, Destiny, Erin, and Lacy; brother, James (Laura) Marcello, Jr.; sisters, Melanie Marcello, Renee (Danny) Pockett; uncle Louis "Cheech' Marcello; aunt, Wava Marcello; many nieces, nephews, & cousins; dear family and friends.
Family & friends may call at Thomas Thursday, January 18th, 5-7pm. Funeral Mass, Holy Cross Church, Friday 11am. Contributions in Dave's memory may be made to Holy Cross Church.

I was greatly saddened to learn of David's passing this week. I worked with Dave for many years at Kodak and he was an awesome colleague and a wonderful man. I was blessed to bump into him at Wegmans last year and spend some time talking to him. Little did I know that'd be our last conversation. God rest your soul Dave and God bless and comfort your Family during this time of great loss. Later buddy!

Dear Jim , Melanie and Renee and all other family and friends. We were shocked to hear of Daves passing. Although we lost touch, we have nothing but happy thoughts of Dave and great memories. He was very well loved. Our prayers go out to the family and friends in hopes to make this passing more comforting. RIP Dave , you will be greatly missed by so many. Our hearts go out to you guys . Dear Jim, Melanie and Rene I was sad to hear of Dave's passing. He was so much fun to be around and although I haven't seen him in many years I have such great memories and pictures of our high school years. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I met Dave in the late 70's at Dominics. We were close friends and over the years you lose contact of so many people. I was deeply shocked when i saw the obit today. I hope he didnt suffer if he had a illness. He always treated me with respect he was a great man
