Ellen O'Connell Obituary
Spencerport - February 25, 2018 at age 57 after a 27 year hard fought battle.
Ellen is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Gary; son, Neil O'Connell; Stepchildren, Bryan, Adam (Dana) , Jamie (Ron) O'Connell; Grandson, Cooper. Sisters Carol (Thomas) Schaubroeck and Joyce (Gregory) Bushorr; brother, Mark (Dawn) Cavallaro; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Alfred Cavallaro and Danuta Urban.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 3rd at White Haven Memorial Park, All Seasons Chapel at 9:50 AM, with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd, Fairport, NY 14450, in Ellen's name.

Ellen was my assistant director at Ogden Recreation childcare as well as my neighbor. She was as amazing woman who I trusted with my life. I hadnt seen Ellen since we moved to North Carolina, but she holds a special place in my heart.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Ellens passing. My husband and I had the privilege of working alongside Ellen at Ogden Recreation for many years. She was a wonderful woman with a great sense of humor and we will cherish the fond memories we have of her. We keep your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Oh Ellen, my sweet sister in law, I can't believe you are gone. We loved shopping together., and the Food Network we would watch and laugh about. I will miss our time and talks. You were there for me and took to my Doctors appointments, and grocery shopping. With that little scooter, and all the supplies I would knock over! Mostly I will just miss you. My heart is broken.. I will take are of Gary for you.

I was heartbroken upon hearing the news. Ellen was part of my "second mothers group" at Ogden Rec. She was an amazing woman. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
