Henry Fackelman Obituary
Rochester: March 20, 1931 - September 22, 2012. Predeceased by his parents, Henry & Elizabeth; brother, Bill Fackelman; and brother-in-law, Judd Dry. Survived by wife, Rita; his children, Bill (JoAnn), Steve, Susan (Jim Martin); grandchildren, Stephanie, Sarah, Chelsey and Jamie; brother-in-law, Robert Creasey; sister-in-law, Diane (Charles) Miller, Phyllis Fackelman; sisters, Mary Ann Fackelman and Jane Dry.
Friends and family may attend his Memorial Mass on Sept. 27th at 10 AM at St. Leo Church, 167 Lake Ave., Hilton. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VFW, or the Alzheimer's Association. To share a special memory, please visit:

My Mom, Diane Missell, bartended during the day for Heinie in the early 1980's and Arnie bartended at night. I spent many hours there as a kid waiting for Mom to get off work. I use to help Jerry stock the empty bottles outside for the beer truck to come get them. I knew the old timers during the day and the younger crew that came in at night. Great memories there! I attached a photo of Heinie and my Mom, Diane.

So many happy memories and friendships were born at Facklemans. Sonny was a gray person and a great friend. Would give anything to go back to those happy days. Gone but not forgotten.

Sonny was like a dad to me. I have millions of fond memories with Susie and Jimmy. And the rest of Heine's crew. I am so blessed to have gotten the chance to say goodby to him. He will be forever in my thoughts and in my heart. Goodnight Sonny. Love Always, The Worm.
