Joanne Dodd Obituary
Dansville: Passed away Wednesday evening, 12/16/2009. Joanne was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Catherine (Kiefer) Kinney; and grandson, Jesse Aaron Dodd. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Edward Dodd; children, Penny Lynn Classon, VA, Richard A. Dodd, Allentown, NY, and Debra Jeanne (Lon) Knickerbocker, Dansville; grandchildren Emma Catherine Dodd, Wellsville, Bill Classon, CA, and Josh Classon, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sybil (Everett) Strain, Mt. Morris, Celia (Ron) Mehlenbacher, Greenwood, MO, James (Beverly) Dodd, TX, and Junior (Barb) Dodd of England; several cousins, including Paula Kinney, Naples; special friends, Lisa Barkley and Mary Ellen Smith.
Joanne's Memorial Service will be Wednesday at 2:00 PM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Dansville. Contributions may be made to the Dansville Ambulance Corps, PO Box 235, Dansville, NY 14437, or The National Kidney Foundation Serving Western NY, Inc., 300 Delaware Ave., Ste. 100, Buffalo, NY 14202-1807. Arrangements, ST. GEORGE-STANTON FUNERAL HOME, Wayland.
