Gates: August 23, 2013. Survived by his loving wife, Maila Lowery; mother, Rhonda (Rick) Greineder; father, Jim "Jimbo" (Juanita) Lowery; siblings, Mark (Melissa) Lowery, Erika (Chad) Glende, Emily (Dan) VanderVen, Brandy (Todd) Carroll, Joe (Julie) Pfenninger, Rochelle Pfenninger; grandparents, Dick & Dottie Flemming, Myrtle Lowery; mother-in-law, Mila (Joe) Hosenfeld; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins. Joshua's visitation will be held at Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home, 1411 Vintage Lane, 2-4 & 7-9 on Tuesday. Wednesday 11AM-1PM. His funeral service will be celebrated 1PM on Wednesday, following visitation. Interment Garland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the family.

I will remember Josh, my sons' neighborhood friend, every time I see a motorcyclist driving down any street, really. My son, Harold, gave the Eulogy at Josh's funeral [I'm quite sure that is the way it went] I did not attend the funeral or the wakes. I pray for my son and all of Josh's family and friends that they maintain peace through the HOLY SPIRIT during this new time of year that the grief sets in on all. Please send this email to my son. He was very close to Joshua. I pray for Malia's life. That she has moved on but kept close relationships with all of Josh's friends and family. It must be awfully hard on her. I wish her the best of what life still can offer her.

Josh was a co worker of mine at Coopervision. He will be sorely missed by all. He is now in the kingdom of God and well cared for looking over all of us still on Earth. He was a great guy!!

I am thankful for the privilege of having known Joshua. I will always cherish the memories of teaching him in Sunday school, hunting deer, and performing he and Maila's marriage ceremony on the occasion of my own 27th anniversary. My heart breaks for Maila, Rhonda, Rick, Jim and all his relatives. I am betting there will be some terrific deer hunting and fishing in heaven.
