Avon: March 14, 2017, at age 60. Predeceased by his mother, Marie Kingston; and sister, Marie Sinclair. Survived by his siblings, Bruce (Christine Dailey) Kingston, Karen (Jack) Main, Brian (Carol) Kingston, Merry Kingston, Kim (Kathy Ackerman) Hyde; many nieces, nephews & great-nieces and nephews.
