Survived by mother, Gardenia Butler; father, James Butler; husband, Randy Howard; sons, Roscoe, Damien, Raeshawn; daughter, Raeana; brothers, Glenn Forman Jr., James Young, Jason Richardson; sisters, April & Shawntell Butler, Gardenia Forman; and a host of other relatives and friends.
