I want to express my condolences to the Fitts family on Nancy's passing in March. I remember all she did as a member of the team of volunteers who helped to settle the Hakiqi family from Kosovo when they arrived in Rochester. Their successful adjustment to life here owes a great deal to both Nancy and Dick's friendship and assistance, and I enjoyed getting to know Nancy. She is dearly missed. Beth Jorgensen

Nancy was a wonderful person. She did some much for our daughter Lana when she lived in Rochester.
She will be remembered in our family.

Our Condolences to Nancy's Family

We met the charming, smiling, warm, and friendly Nancy when she joined Sue's dad Paul Otto and their special home away from home. We had many occasions to chat, listen to her stories and share some of Paul's for the several years Paul lived there.

It was a surprising coincidence for our paths to cross like this because Dick was Bob's first boss at Kodak.

We pass along our sincere sympathy to Nancy's family for your loss.

I am a member of a men's group that has been meeting since the 1970's that included Nancy's husband Dick. It is in this way that I met Nancy and learned of their love for each other. They so enjoyed life together and the many projects they worked on to make this a better world.

Very sorry to hear about Mrs. Fitts's passing. She was a good friend to my parents, particularly to my father in his later years. A very kind person who cared deeply about others' well-being.

Have wonderful memories of Nancy and family from early years and later reconnected. Few probably know she was on the 1980 NY primary ballot as candidate for Vice President of the United States.

Nancy was one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever known. She made origami cranes for my daughters when they were young and I think of her every time I see them. We will miss her presence in this world.
