Rochester: December 29, 2013 at the age of 53. He is survived by his son, Chazmar B. Hall; parents, Betty C. Dockery & Richard A. Hill; sisters, Zina B. Hill-Cooper, Sabrina A. Hill, Alanna D. Jones & Marina T. Hill; brothers, Rick J. Hill, Roderick N. Hill & Ryan S. Hill; grandchildren, Chazmar B. Hall, Jr. & Aria C. Hall; several nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Family and friends may call FRIDAY, 3-7 PM at Miller Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South). His Funeral Service will be celebrated on SATURDAY, 2 PM at The Father's House (715 Paul Road). Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Father's House. I was so saddened by the news of the passing of a very wonderful man, who always made me laugh. I was so happy to see him at the Water Bureau Xmas party, little did I know it was for the last time. Randy you will be greatly missed by many. Be at peace.

Hello: Hill Family
This is Brian Allen in Atlanta. I'am still shocked over Randall passing. I will not be able to attend but you and your family are in my Prayers. All i have been thinking about is us playing football by the school on Hickory street and basketball in my back yard.

My deepest heartfelt condolences to the Hill family on the passing of Randy; i've known him and his family for many many years he will be sorely missed. i saw him a few months ago and we spoke about the up and coming Soul School Reunion which he said he would be attending. for as long as i've known Randy he was always an easy going and kind person always had a smile which will be missed. my prayer is that the love, and the fond and precious memories of Randy will eclipse the heavy hearts of this wonderful family. just remember;" weeping may endure for the night,but joy comes in the morning".
