David Jay Beasley

September 4, 1975 - June 30, 2024

David Jay Beasley age 48 of Lebanon, OR, passed away June 30, 2024, at Salem Hospital, due to medical issues. David was born Sep. 4, 1975 in Thornton, CO, the youngest of four children of Jerry J. and Kathleen C. Beasley.

The family relocated to Lebanon, OR, in the 1990s. Where he lived with his mother after his father passed away in 1996 to help raise his nephew and niece that his mother was raising. Once his mother passed away earlier this year he then lived with his Nephew Jason to help out with child care for his great-nephew Riley Nelson while his parents provided for their home.

His last months were spent doing what he loved with family and his very good friend Jose Pulido.

David is survived by his Sister: Denise Sanders, brothers: Chris Beasley and Jason Beasley. Nephew's Jason Nelson, Joseph Sanders, Gerald Sanders, Levi Bealsey, Johnathon Beasley, Jerry Beasley, and Harley Beasley. Nieces: Candi Nelson, Katie Beasley, and Delaney Beasley. Great Nephew Emmitt Weikel and Riley Nelson. Great Nieces Chloe Roberts and Paydon Roberts.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Jerry, and Mother, Kathleen Beasley. His Grandfather, Harold Kness, Step Grandfather John Lazare, Grandmother, Bardara Bardford, Uncle, John Lazare.
