Dylan Scott Obituary

Dylan Tyler Scott

On January 30, 2018 the sunset over North Texas painted the sky in a vibrant sea of colors as the final day of Dylan Tyler Scott's equally vibrant life came to a close.

Born on June 27, 1999 in Denton, Texas, Dylan was a lifelong resident of North Texas and graduate of the class of 2017 of Trinity High School.

He was a dual-athlete throughout his life in football and baseball, and much to his mother's dismay, a passionate fan of the San Francisco 49er's.

Dylan was looking forward to attending MMI in Arizona to become a motorcycle mechanic; there were few things he was more passionate about than motorcycles.

He took great pride in being a big brother and strived to be a role model to his younger siblings. His brothers and sisters truly meant the world to him.

In September of 2017, Dylan welcomed his greatest achievement, his son Bentley Taylor Scott. He aspired to be the greatest father and providing for his family while pursuing his passion.

Dylan was a young man who is remembered as being funny, intelligent, giving and loved by so so many.

He is endlessly loved and survived by his son Bentley Taylor Scott, his girlfriend Brianna Goff, his mother Kristen Nicole Montero and father Edward Morris.

He will forever live in the hearts of his Great Grandmother Donna L Rich, his Mimi Lisa Gibbs and Grandparents Ray & Carol Bates, his siblings Gabe, Isiah, Alijah, John Patrick, Haylee Jo-Ray and Maximus as well as the entire Rich Family, Scott Family and numerous family, friends and loved ones.

Family and friends will gather at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home at 705 North Locust in Denton, Texas on Friday, February 2, 2018 5pm-8pm for a viewing and Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11am for Dylan's final ride into the sunset.
