Patsy Davis Vestal loved life. As a passionate follower of Christ, she deeply loved her devoted husband Frank, her wonderful family, and home in Sherman, TX.

Patsy passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at her most recent home in Rowlett, TX, surrounded by her daughters, Vicki Vestal and Cecile Bracke. Funeral services for Patsy Davis Vestal, age 91, will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at First Baptist Church, Sherman, TX. Graveside service will be held at West Hill Cemetery on Tuesday, at 10:00 AM, September 7, 2021, prior to the service at First Baptist Church.

Patsy had three wonderful years at Denton High School. She was Cheerleader all three years, Sophomore Favorite, Junior Favorite, Friendliest Girl and High School Queen in 1947.

Patsy faithfully attended First Baptist Church, Sherman, TX, and Lake Highlands Baptist Church, Dallas, TX, and generously supported many ministries. She loved singing in the choir, greatly valued strong biblical teaching and preaching, "religious programs" and prophesy.

Born the daughter of M. S. "Pete" Davis and Lois Lucille Hogg Davis, on October 27, 1929. She married her high school sweetheart, Frank David Vestal January 9, 1949. They were married 66 years and were faithfully devoted to one another.

During her career, she enjoyed working at the City of Sherman, TX, as an Account Specialist. Patsy and her husband, Frank, also served their community during the elections for many years. In addition to her church involvement, Patsy was active in a number of community and social organizations.

Patsy is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Virginia Davis of Dallas, her son Rod and wife Mary Vestal of Rockwall, TX, daughter Vicki and husband Bruce Mulford of Boerne, TX and daughter Cecile and husband Greg Bracke of Rowlett, TX. Her grandchildren, Brandon Vestal (wife LaVonda), Lauren Darr (husband Will), Liesel Schultz (husband Caleb), Bremen Mulford, Collon Mulford (wife Alexandra), Caitlyn Bracke, Hannah Pettis, Weston Bracke (wife Marisa), and great grandchildren, Faith Mason Vestal, Judah Vestal, Asha Vestal, Audrey Darr, Elijah Darr, Leo Darr, Anara Schultz, Roselyn Sayko, Noah Pettis, Emma Pettis, Georgia Pettis, Strauss Mulford, Conrad Mulford, Azalea Bracke, Xander Bracke, and another due in January, along with many nephew's and niece's.

She was preceded in death by her parents M.S. "Pete" and Lois Lucille Hogg Davis, and sister Nancy Vail.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Brandon Vestal, Bremen Mulford, Collon Mulford, Weston Bracke, Bruce Mulford, Greg Bracke and Jim Mulford.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the Poiema Foundation, to fight human trafficking, by donating at Poiema Foundation.

I had the privilege of being in a Sunday School class with Pat, and we often sat together at our Wed. evening meals. She was certainly a beautiful and gracious lady. I pray God's comfort and peace upon your family. May your memories be a blessing to you.
