I had the previlege to coach Brent at Papillion/LaVista High School. He played for our teams for 3 years and every year you could see how special he really was. There were only 5 seniors who came out in Brents senior year. Our outlook as a team wasn't very good, however, because of Brent's leadership and competitive nature, we finished with a 9 wins and 1 loss regular season. Yes, Brent is very special, we are all better for having known him. He will definetly be missed but never forgotten. Thanks Brent for what you gave to each of us. My prayers and blessings go out to Brents's family.

Adrienne and family, we are deeply saddened at Brent's passing and want you to know that we will always remember Brent as a good, decent and loving family man. You are all in our thoughts and prayers and we offer these words in hopes of providing what comfort we can at this time: "What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch. We may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say god-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived and that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget."
